Zoe Saldana has claimed she will play anything to be in a Quentin Tarantino movie – even a rock.
The 32-year-old Avatar star is a huge fan of the director and would love to work with him, no matter what the part required.
Zoe told GQ magazine: “I’ll be a rock; I’ll be the p***y wagon; I really don’t give a s**t.”
The Star Trek actress can’t believe her luck at seeing her career take off in the last year.
She revealed: “Y’know what it feels like right now? Like someone put me in a box and just shook it. I mean, just last night I was having dinner at an old friend’s and Quentin Tarantino was there: he said ‘Hello’ and I was like ‘Holy s**t! That kinda thing doesn’t happen every day!’ Then he said to me ‘I saw Losers this weekend, just to see that ass shot of you in the trailer.’ I’m like ‘Wow, I mean, you’re Quentin Tarantino!’ It’s just really cool for a geek from Queens.”

Actress Zoe Saldana says the most important thing she looks for in a man are a nice pair of hands and a sensitive soul.
‘I love men’s hands, not just nice, manicured hands. I feel as though hands say a lot about you and your history. There’s something very abrasively fragile about a man’s hands,’ femalefirst.co.uk quoted her as saying.
The ‘Avatar’ star also finds sensitive men very attractive, adding: ‘I mean I’m not saying I love a man who cries, but I think that can be very sexy’.

Zoe Saldana finds it a “privilege” to be a role model for women.
The ‘Avatar’ actress feels lucky that females look up to her and she wants to show them women can do whatever they want without having to conform to society’s expectations.
She said: “I guess I’m a role model now, and that is a privilege. I think women were fighting because we wanted to be feminine. Then we had to be masculine. Now we just want to be us.”
While she is now a role model for other women, Zoe says she used to look up to her grandmother when she was younger, especially when it came to fashion.
She told Style magazine: “I love fashion. My grandmother and great-grandmother were seamstresses, so I know fashion on an artistic level, not as labels, labels, labels.
“My grandmother, if she wore here, would touch your dress, look at the seam. She was obsessed with buttons. She’d take off my shoes and say, ‘This is good leather, a good investment.’ ”

Zoe Saldana has claimed that her co-star Oscar Jaenada spent his nights sleeping with his gun while filming The Losers.
Saldana has said that the Spanish actor refused to abandon his weapon prop while on the set at all times.
The 31-year-old told Empire: “Oscar was always with his rifle, his gun. He slept with it. I don’t know if it was some character thing or research… and if any other gun experts came and tampered with it or changed something he would say in his Spanish accent, ‘No, no, no, no, I like it like this’.”
Saldana also admitted that working with an all-male cast makes her feel “sexy”.
Saldana recently received the MaxMara ‘Face Of The Future’ honour at the 2010 Crystal & Lucy Awards, celebrating women in film.

Zoe Saldana has admitted that she loves drinking wine regardless of the time of day.
The actress also insisted that she would like to look back on the past year and know she enjoyed herself with a few drinks and laughs.
Speaking to Glamour, the 31-year-old said: “I love my wine and I don’t wait until the sun goes down. Since last summer I’ve needed to laugh more. I want to be able to enjoy this time, if it comes and goes again. I want to know that even though I dealt with a lot of seriousness, I also messed around a lot.”
As for her diet, she revealed a love for cabbage, adding: “With a little salt and olive oil. I eat it every day. Some people crave cheeseburgers, I have to eat cabbage.”
Last month, it was reported that Saldana is in negotiations for a leading role in upcoming action thriller Columbiana.
